Mr Stojanovic gave untrue and/or misleading information to his client on three separate occasions by telling them or implying that he was awaiting a medical report in the client's case, when he had already received it.

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
